GE IS200TRDH1CCC RTD Temperature Terminal Board
Product Description
GE IS200TRDH1CCC is an RTD resistance temperature detector terminal board for GE Mark VI / Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control system. It adopts conformal coated PCB design, serving as the wiring interface between field RTD sensors and matching VRTD I/O processor pack. It supports 3-wire RTD connection, built with surge suppression and noise filtering circuits for stable temperature signal acquisition in power turbine control cabinets.

Product Functions
- Provide termination interface for 3-wire RTD temperature sensors
- Condition and filter temperature signals to reduce EMI interference
- Transmit RTD analog signals to the VRTD processor module for conversion
- On-board overvoltage and surge protection to safeguard control circuits
- Monitor bearing, winding and lubricating oil temperature of rotating machinery
- Support simplex and TMR triple modular redundant rack configurations
Applications
- Bearing temperature monitoring for gas turbines and steam turbines
- Generator stator and winding temperature supervision in power plants
- Lube oil, cooling medium temperature measurement for compressors
- Combined-cycle unit Mark VIe control cabinet spare replacement
- Oil & gas turbomachinery temperature protection and condition monitoring
FAQ
Q: Which I/O pack does IS200TRDH1CCC match?
A: It works with the VRTD RTD processor pack for signal sampling and temperature calculation.
Q: What RTD wiring type does it support?
A: It is mainly designed for 3-wire RTD sensors, widely used for bearing temperature measurement.
Q: Does this board convert resistance to temperature value?
A: No, it is a passive terminal board. Temperature conversion and calculation are completed by the VRTD I/O pack.
