X-DI 32 04 is a 32-channel safety digital input module developed by HIMA Germany for the HIMax safety instrument system (SIS). It adopts 24VDC input and integrates SOE Sequence of Events event sequence recording function. The module collects field discrete signals such as limit switches, relay contacts and emergency stop signals, performs signal filtering and line fault diagnosis, and uploads data to HIMax safety CPU. It complies with IEC61508 SIL3 and PL e safety standards, supports hot-swap replacement without system shutdown. Installed on HIMax baseplate, widely used as original spare I/O card for petrochemical, power plant ESD and burner safety control cabinets.
