Product Description

0811405090 is the Bosch Rexroth Indramat material number for DSS02.3, the final revision master command control card for DIAX04 multi-axis servo rack system. This board is installed in slot U1 of the DIAX04 chassis and acts as the motion master controller for the entire rack. It is the upgraded successor variant of DSS02.1 (0811405076) and DSS02.2 (0811405079). It executes position loop calculation, SERCOS optical fiber bus communication, machine digital interlock I/O, and synchronizes all axis modules (DEA/DLF) inside the servo rack. Front panel includes DIP switches for SERCOS address configuration, SERCOS fiber port X10 TX/RX, 24VDC digital I/O terminal block and diagnostic LEDs. Widely used in legacy CNC machine tools, metal forming, printing and high-speed packaging automation equipment.
