Product Description

Hanning VDE0530 Single‑Phase Industrial AC Motor

Product Description

The VDE0530 is a discontinued single‑phase AC motor manufactured by Hanning Elektro‑Werke. It is rated for 240VAC, 1.38A, built with a rugged cast metal housing and sealed bearings for continuous industrial duty. The motor complies with German VDE0530 rotating electrical machine standards. It is a special original spare motor for packaging, printing and textile machinery. Since the original production has been stopped, available units are surplus stock or refurbished spare parts for equipment maintenance.

Product Functions

  • Provides stable continuous rotary power drive for small‑and‑medium industrial mechanical assemblies
  • Built‑in thermal cut‑out switch for overheating protection during long‑time running
  • Uniform low‑vibration operation, low noise and stable speed under rated load
  • Standard flange and shaft size for direct replacement on original host machines
  • Designed for S1 continuous working cycle, suitable for non‑stop production line operation
  • Insulation and mechanical structure meet VDE0530 requirements with strong resistance to dust and humidity

Application Scenarios

  • Drive unit of old packaging machines, bag making machines and sealing equipment
  • Paper feeding and web tension driving for traditional printing machinery
  • Small textile looms, yarn winding and fabric slitting equipment
  • Conveyor rollers, sorting and transfer mechanisms of automated production lines
  • Fan and pump driving for special industrial cabinets and drying devices
  • Spare replacement for existing production machines using obsolete Hanning VDE0530 motors

Common Problems

  • Motor fails to start after long‑term storage:aged starting capacitor, internal winding open circuit or stuck bearing
  • Motor hums but cannot rotate:capacitance attenuation, shaft mechanical jamming or damaged centrifugal switch
  • Overheating and automatic shutdown:blocked ventilation, bearing lack of lubricant or winding insulation aging
  • Abnormal noise and obvious vibration:bearing wear, rotor eccentricity or loose mounting base
  • Output power drops and speed slows down:winding partial short‑circuit, capacitor capacity degradation or overload
  • Intermittent running and random stop:loose wiring terminals, worn thermal protector or poor contact of centrifugal switch
  • Difficult replacement and maintenance:original production discontinued, few compatible substitutes and limited aftermarket spare parts
