PFRL101C‑1.0KN is an ABB Pressductor® magneto‑elastic radial load cell with nominal rated load of 1.0 kN. It adopts magneto‑elastic measuring principle instead of strain‑gauge deformation sensing, delivering high‑signal‑level low‑impedance AC output signal with excellent overload resistance and long‑cycle‑life performance. Designed for shaft‑mount installation under roll bearings, it measures radial force converted from web tension. Stainless‑steel housing with IP67 protection rating, operating temperature range from ‑20 °C to +80 °C, high resistance to shock and vibration for continuous‑running web‑processing production lines. Part of complete tension‑measuring system including junction box and ABB tension controller.
