The GE 362A1052P104 (also known as RS-FS-9001) is a UV flame sensor manufactured by GE Reuter Stokes (now part of Baker Hughes). It is a two-wire, silicon carbide (SiC) UV flame detector that monitors ultraviolet radiation emitted during combustion to detect flame presence in gas turbines, industrial boilers, and furnaces. With a 4-20 mA output signal, self-checking circuitry, and hazardous area certifications, it provides reliable flame monitoring for safety-critical applications, enabling rapid shutdown in case of flame loss and preventing unburned fuel accumulation. Its side-mounted design, wide operating temperature range, and IP68 protection make it suitable for harsh industrial environments, ensuring continuous and safe operation of combustion systems.

• Country of Origin: USA

• Side-Mounted: Easy installation on combustor cans of gas turbines.

• Power Plants: Safety shutdown systems for gas-fired power generation units.

• Testing: Simulate flame loss to confirm the control system receives the correct shutdown signal.
