The GE IS220PDIOH1A is a Parallel Distributed I/O (PDIO) Pack of the GE Mark VIe Speedtronic system, designed to provide an electrical interface between I/O Ethernet networks and discrete I/O terminal boards. It integrates a common processor board and a discrete - specific acquisition board, supporting up to 24 contact inputs and 12 relay outputs. The module converts field discrete signals (such as switch states, limit signals) into digital signals for system processing, and converts digital control signals into relay outputs to drive field actuators. It is widely used in gas turbine, steam turbine, and industrial process control systems in power generation, petrochemical, and other industries, featuring 1500V optical isolation, redundant communication, and high reliability for harsh industrial environments.
