TRICONEX 3504E is a high-density digital input module with 64 input channels, with 8 channels in each group. It is mainly used in safety-critical applications and has a safety level up to SIL 3 and PL E (Cat.4). 

It is an important component of the Triconex Trident safety system. The input voltage can be selected as 24VDC or 48VDC through software.

 It is compatible with various input signal types such as dry contacts, switches and sensors, and can be well adapted to various field devices.

TRICONEX 3504E adopts triple redundancy technology (TMR) to ensure normal operation even in the event of a single fault, and it has excellent fault tolerance. 

It supports hot standby function, ensuring continuous operation in case of failure, and also features mechanical keycontrol to prevent improper installation. 

In addition, the TRICONEX 3504E is equipped with enhanced diagnostic functions, capable of continuously self-checking for conditions such as contact adhesion. Each channel is provided with pass, fault, and activity status indicator lights,

 facilitating users to quickly diagnose and eliminate faults
