The HIMA F-CPU01 HIQuad X F-CPU 01 Processor modules H51X and H41X are high-performance safety processor modules produced by HIMA Corporation. 

It is the core component for data processing within the HIMax system, featuring a modular design and equipped with dual redundant processors. 

It supports 24 existing HIQuad I/O modules, with the H51X system capable of expanding up to 16 I/O expansion racks and the H41X system capable of expanding up to 1 I/O expansion rack. 

This processor module communicates via secure Ethernet, capable of handling up to 32 user programs, performing all central functions including communication, 

and can handle the redundant functions of up to 3 additional processor modules. It has been certified by TUV and is suitable for safety-related applications below SIL 3, 

in compliance with standards such as IEC 61508 and IEC 61511. It is mainly applied in industries with extremely high safety control requirements such as petrochemicals, power, and transportation. 

It can achieve functions such as fault detection, emergency stop, and protective logic, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and the environment.
