EPRO MMS6350D is a high-precision, multi-channel online condition monitoring and protection device developed by Siemens EPRO, 

specifically designed for critical rotating machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, and centrifugal compressors.

 It integrates 4 independent monitoring channels, supporting measurements of key mechanical parameters including vibration (radial, axial), shaft displacement, bearing temperature, and rotational speed.


Equipped with advanced signal processing algorithms, the device can accurately capture micro changes in mechanical status, 

convert raw sensor signals (compatible with EPRO’s proximity probes, velocity sensors, and temperature sensors) into standardized digital data, and compare them with user-defined alarm and trip thresholds in real time. 

It features a robust hardware design with anti-interference capabilities, adapting to harsh industrial environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, and electromagnetic interference.


In terms of connectivity, EPRO MMS6350D supports industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP and Profibus DP, enabling seamless data integration with DCS (Distributed Control System) or plant-level monitoring platforms. Additionally, 

it provides local LED indicators and a built-in diagnostic function, allowing on-site maintenance personnel to quickly identify device status and troubleshoot, thus minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous, safe operation of rotating machinery.
