The GE IS400SRLYS2A is a simplex relay output terminal board designed for GE Speedtronic Mark VIe and Mark VIeS safety control systems. It is the base board variant of the IS410SRLYS2A series, supporting optional IS400WROBH1A wetting daughterboard for loop integrity monitoring. It provides 12 Form‑C dry contact relay channels for simplex discrete output control, paired with IS420YDOAS1B I/O pack. It is widely used for turbine auxiliary control and non‑voting safety interlock circuits, serving as a critical spare part for power plant and oil & gas control rack maintenance and retrofit.
