GE IS200TBAIH1CDC Analog I/O Terminal Board
Product Description
IS200TBAIH1CDC is an analog I/O terminal board designed for GE Mark VI / Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control system. It has 10 analog input channels and 2 analog output channels, supporting common industrial signals such as 4-20mA and 1-5VDC. This passive termination board is matched with VAIC I/O pack, responsible for signal wiring, noise filtering and signal conditioning between field transmitters and main control modules. It supports simplex and TMR triple modular redundant configurations for high-reliability turbine control racks.

Product Functions
- Provide terminal termination for analog input and output field wiring
- Filter and condition analog signals to reduce EMI interference
- Connect pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters to VAIC I/O module
- Route analog output control signals to field actuators
- Support 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire transmitter connection modes
- Work in TMR redundant architecture for critical turbine control loops
Applications
- Gas turbine and steam turbine control system in power plants
- Analog signal collection for compressor and generator control rack
- Oil & gas and petrochemical heavy-duty turbomachinery monitoring
- Retrofit and spare replacement of legacy Mark VI control cabinets
- EX2100 excitation system auxiliary analog signal interface
