GE MMII-PD-12-120 Multi-Module II Power Supply Module
Product Description
MMII-PD-12-120 is a GE Multi-Module II series power supply module, designed for industrial turbine and machinery monitoring control systems. This unit converts 120V AC input power into stable DC working power for the MMII rack and associated I/O boards. It features compact rack plug-in construction, built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection circuits, and can operate reliably under industrial vibration and wide temperature conditions. This power supply supplies power to vibration monitors, speed monitors and alarm logic boards within the Multi-Module II chassis.

Key Functions
- AC to DC power conversion, 120V AC input for the MMII system rack
- Built-in over-current, over-voltage and short-circuit fault protection
- Rack mount plug-in design for easy replacement and maintenance
- Provides regulated DC power for vibration, speed and process monitoring modules
- Power status indication for quick fault diagnosis
- Withstands industrial vibration and temperature fluctuation in machinery monitoring cabinets
Application Scenarios
- Steam turbine, gas turbine monitoring and protection systems
- Large rotating machinery vibration & speed monitoring racks
- Power plant auxiliary equipment monitoring cabinets
- Oil & gas compressor unit condition monitoring systems
- Industrial safety alarm systems using GE Multi-Module II series
FAQ
Q1: What is the input voltage of MMII-PD-12-120?
A1: Rated input is 120V AC.
Q2: Can it be used separately without MMII rack?
A2: No, it must be installed in the GE Multi-Module II chassis to work with other monitoring modules.
Q3: Common failure phenomenon?
A3: No power output, rack cannot boot, frequent power reset or power indicator off.
Q4: Is this module still in active production?
A4: This is legacy GE monitoring hardware, most units available on the market are refurbished or surplus stock.
