ICS TRIPLEX 9852 is a triple modular redundant (TMR) digital output module for ICS Triplex Trusted T8100 safety instrumented system (SIS), with IEC61508 SIL3 certification. It receives safety control commands from the TMR controller and outputs 24VDC discrete signals to drive field safety loads such as solenoid valves, alarm beacons and safety relays. Adopting 2oo3 voting architecture, the module continuously performs circuit diagnosis for each channel, detecting short circuit, open circuit and internal component faults.
