ICS TRIPLEX 9832 is a triple modular redundant (TMR) digital input module for the ICS Triplex Trusted T8100 safety instrumented system (SIS). It is SIL3 certified and adopts three-way redundant acquisition plus 2oo3 voting logic, collecting on-site dry contact discrete signals for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas monitoring systems. This module has 16 isolated digital input channels with built-in configurable input filter to suppress field electrical noise. Comprehensive channel-level self-diagnosis can detect open circuit, circuit fault and module abnormality. It supports hot swap and can maintain continuous safety system operation during online replacement. It is widely used in high-risk process industries that require high safety integrity.
