0100-09204 is a VDS II advanced digital interface control PCB assembly for Applied Materials Centura, Endura and P5000 semiconductor platforms. It is a VMEbus rack-mounted plug-in board responsible for digital logic control, safety interlock processing and wafer robot handshaking between chamber subsystems and the main controller.

Product Functions

• Processes digital signals from vacuum gauges, door interlock sensors, water flow switches and position limit sensors.
• Executes safety interlock logic to block unsafe operations and protect vacuum chamber, wafers and hardware.
