The PCIE‑5565PIORG is a high‑speed PCI Express reflective memory (RFM) board manufactured by GE Embedded Systems. It is a third‑generation 5565 series RFM card with 2GB onboard shared memory and fiber‑optic interface. It realizes deterministic low‑latency shared‑memory networking among multiple nodes without host protocol overhead. The optical transceiver supports point‑to‑point or ring topology, isolating electrical interference between nodes. Conformal coating is optional for rugged industrial environments. It is widely adopted in real‑time simulation, HIL test benches and high‑reliability industrial control systems, and commonly supplied as spare replacement hardware.
