1. Product Description

LT3301‑L1‑D24‑C is an integrated compact touchscreen HMI with built-in PLC logic control from Proface LT3000 series. It equips a 5.7-inch monochrome STN LCD with QVGA 320×240 resolution and 16 grayscale levels, powered by DC24V. This all-in-one unit integrates 16 digital sink/source inputs and 16 digital sink outputs without external PLC, featuring RS232C/RS422/485 serial port and USB Type-A host interface for program download and peripheral connection. It carries 132KB FLASH for logic programs and 128KB battery-backed SRAM, supports up to 3 EX expansion modules for analog/temperature signal expansion. The front panel is dustproof and oil-resistant, with wide operating temperature and strong vibration resistance, suitable for small-scale standalone automation without separate PLC equipment.

A: Check stable DC24V power supply input and terminal loose wiring; clean dust blocking ventilation slots causing overheat protection; backlight LED is non-replaceable on-site, return for factory repair if damaged.

Q2: Touch panel unresponsive or touch offset error

A: Wipe oil and dust on front touch film; execute touch calibration function in system setting menu; replace touch membrane if surface scratch causes signal failure.

Q3: Logic program data lost after power outage

A: Replace internal backup lithium battery; back up all project files to USB flash drive regularly; check battery holder poor contact or oxidation.
