The Bently Nevada 3500/33 149992-01 is a 16-channel relay output module for the 3500 Series Machinery Protection System, engineered to provide programmable alarm-driven control and safety interlocking for rotating machinery in power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, and heavy manufacturing industries. As a full-height module for 3500 instrument racks, it features 16 independent single-pole double-throw (SPDT) relays, each programmable via 3500 Rack Configuration Software to execute custom voting logic (AND/OR) using alarm inputs, danger states, or abnormal conditions from 3500 monitor modules. It integrates seamlessly with 3500/05 racks, 3500/15 power supplies, and 3500/92 communication gateways, with LED indicators for module OK, TX/RX communication, and per-channel alarm status for real-time diagnostics. With -30°C to +65°C operating temperature, 24VDC power (5.8W typical consumption), and compliance with CE, UL, and IEC 61010-1 safety standards, it delivers reliable operation in harsh industrial environments for turbine, compressor, pump, and motor protection.
