GE DS200CPCAG1A (CPCA) Contactor Pilot Relay Card for Speedtronic Mark V Gas & Steam Turbine Control System
DS200CPCAG1A is the fully assembled CPCA Contactor Pilot board under GE Speedtronic Mark V platform, base bare PCB substrate is DS200CPCAG1, suffix A represents standard finished assembly revision. It is a compact auxiliary relay control daughterboard, serving as the signal execution bridge between main CPU rack and field power contactors, responsible for receiving logic switch commands from the main control board, driving built-in 24VDC power relay to control pull-in/release of turbine start-stop, oil pump, hydraulic lock and safety circuit contactors, while feeding back contactor on-off status signals to the main controller. Compatible with Mark V turbine main control cabinet, EX2000 excitation cabinet and DC2000 medium voltage drive racks, matches DS200CPU, DS200AAHA and DS200ACNA series communication boards.
