Honeywell FSC 10310/1/109701 is an Earth Leakage Detector (ELD) module for Honeywell Fail Safe Controller (FSC) safety instrumented systems. It continuously monitors 24VDC safety power circuits for earth leakage and ground faults in SIS cabinets. This fail-safe module detects insulation degradation and earth faults, triggering diagnostic alarms to protect safety I/O modules and prevent unsafe system operation. Equipped with manual self-test function, it verifies leakage detection circuit integrity and is used as tested spare hardware for legacy FSC ESD and Fire & Gas safety racks.
