The BENTLY 3500/65 145988-02 is a high-precision temperature monitoring module engineered for Bently Nevada's 3500 Series machinery health and protection systems. This dedicated module provides multi-channel temperature measurement and alarm monitoring for industrial rotating machinery in harsh operating environments (-20°C to 70°C). It supports a wide range of temperature sensors (RTDs, thermocouples), delivering accurate real-time temperature data for critical machinery components such as bearings, gearboxes, motor windings, and lubrication systems. Featuring robust signal conditioning, configurable alarm logic, and seamless integration with 3500 system controllers, it ensures early detection of overheating conditions—one of the primary indicators of machinery failure—for rotating equipment in power generation, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries.
- 8-channel temperature measurement supporting RTD (Pt100/Pt1000) and thermocouple (Type J/K/T/E/S/B) sensors
- High-precision temperature measurement (±0.1°C accuracy for RTDs, ±1°C for thermocouples) over -200°C to +1800°C range
- Configurable Alert/Danger alarm thresholds per channel with adjustable time delays (0-60 seconds) to prevent false alarms
- Built-in cold-junction compensation for thermocouple measurements and lead wire resistance compensation for RTDs
- Continuous self-diagnostic testing (sensor open/short circuit, module fault) with real-time fault reporting to 3500 controller
- 4-20mA analog output per channel for continuous temperature data transmission to DCS/SCADA systems
