Alstom UT129C-1 is a high-precision voltage transformer (VT, also known as potential transformer, PT) developed by Alstom for medium and high-voltage power systems, widely applied in power plants, 

substations, and high-voltage distribution lines. Its core function is to convert high voltage in the power grid (typically ranging from 10kV to 110kV) into a standardized low voltage (e.g., 100V or 57.7V) that is safe for measurement, protection,

The transformer features a compact and robust design, with advanced insulation materials (such as epoxy resin casting) that provide excellent dielectric strength, resisting partial discharge and electrical breakdown even in harsh environments with high humidity, dust,
